Questions for Anne, Resource Manager

Can you tell us about your professional journey?

I started my career as a developer C with a software publisher specializing in IT security. Then the arrival of agility very quickly interested me and I chose to become Scrum Master and PO. In 2014, still with the same publisher, I became manager of several security dev and devOps teams. My role is to support them on a daily basis and monitor their careers. I had had the opportunity to meet Peaks as a customer in the past and the attention paid to consultants and human values which resulted from it had seduced me. The project also corresponded to my desire to join a smaller, more agile structure. After 10 years spent in the security industry, I decided to join Peaks to create the position of Resource Manager that I have held since May.

What is your role at Peaks?

Making life easier for consultants whether it be in the small tasks/hassles of everyday life. But also support them and give them a more global vision in their careers. My background allows me to know the daily life of a consultant, to understand business issues and to have a vision of the market to best understand career developments. Working with technical management, managers and HR, I am an ear and facilitator to help consultants in their career at Peaks. My door is always wide open!

Create connections and be able to understand consultants and support them effectively in their professional projects.
