Despite this tumultuous period, the elected officials of the CSE have worked and implemented a number of actions since their election almost a year ago.
- Training to better support Peaks employees,
- A company agreement on the terms and conditions for the implementation of on-call duty,
- Extraordinary meetings to deal with the unprecedented economic and social context linked to the COVID crisis,
- A reflection to optimize and better value the budget dedicated to social and cultural activities with in particular a new platform to better inform and provide access to benefits for employees.
