From new to technical
Two new arrivals in the technical department: Anouk, UX/UI consultant and Romuald, lead developer et expert on performance and eco-design.
The objective: to improve the intervention and services of the technical department, with the following additional challenges to the recurring missions of the DT:
- Participate in the promotion of innovation internally and externally
- Improve internal processes, tool and workflow
- Densify and contribute to the technical watch to improve the influence of Peaks.
In charge of the administration of the Peaks IS and of the management of the internal projects of the R&I Unit, the technical management team is also there to provide advice and guidance to all of the company's players. She intervenes in:
- recruiting future Peaksians
- career support with HR
- the definition of technical training needs of consultants
- internal innovation projects, in collaboration with the Research & Innovation Unit
- pre-sales phases with managers
