CPE partnership

CPE PEAKS partnership

Peaks becomes a “Premium” partner of CPE school in Lyon, the engineering school in chemistry and digital sciences.

Why a school partnership?

Our ambition with this partnership project brings together several objectives:

  • Contribute to the training of future IT talents according to our vision of the field and the professions,
  • Transmit our knowledge, our values and our vision of the company to future engineers to help them better prepare for their professional future,
  • Allow Peaksiens who wish to become trainers / speakers in a school specializing in our trades,
  • Gain visibility with future candidates for Peaks through real involvement, well beyond a simple communication action,
  • Identify potential future Peaksiens even before they enter the world of work,
  • Challenge us, inspire us, grow thanks to the contributions and feedback from the students we meet, and who can come and contribute to internal Peaks projects.

Why CPE Lyon?

After having made contact with several schools from which our employees come, CPE seemed to us to be the right choice for a first partnership. Indeed, it is a school on a human scale which collaborates with a reduced number of “premium” partners. This gives us better visibility with students. This multidisciplinary school has several Peaksians as alumni. It corresponds perfectly to the criteria in terms of "business" consistency that we had set. Finally, the range of possibilities in terms of intervention and actions to be taken seems very broad.

Concretely, what will the partnership between Peaks and CPE Lyon consist of?

We will intervene directly in the training of students, through the animation of workshops, lectures or TD. CPE will promote our job and internship offers to students and alumni. We will also be associated with school events such as the Careers Forum, thematic round tables, support sessions for students' professional projects, etc.
